I am using visual art as an aesthetic means of communicating about human ecological issues, such as conflicts between our development and use of technology, and how we relate to our technological, social and natural environments.
My Philosophy of Art "Artist's Statement"
I agree with the following statement by Karl Ruhrberg, in "Art in the 20th Century":Today art no longer establishes guidelines, it seeks orientation; it no longer makes statements,it asks questions; questions about a reality growing ever more complex, and about the role of art within this reality.
